Michael B. Johnson is a highly accomplished attorney and licensed professional engineer with over 35 years of experience in corporate law, intellectual property, securities law, estate planning, and elder care law. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property licensing. Michael’s unique combination of legal and engineering backgrounds provides him with a distinct perspective on complex legal matters, especially those involving technology and regulatory issues. 

He has served as both outside counsel and in-house General Counsel, offering a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape. Notably, Michael led the Arkansas Securities Department as Securities Commissioner and played a key role in the successful reorganization of BioBased Technologies LLC during Chapter 11 proceedings as their General Counsel.
