Angela Lack Kopchak, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with a diverse legal background spanning estate planning, business law, real estate transactions, civil litigation, and corporate governance. With an LL.M. in Elder Law and a J.D./MBA from Stetson University College of Law, Angela brings a multidisciplinary approach to legal practice. Her expertise is in estate planning includes drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives. She also provides strategic guidance in business law, assisting clients with corporate formations, contracts, compliance, and governance. 

As an experienced real estate attorney and licensed broker, Angela has managed complex real estate transactions, title clearance issues, and commercial lease negotiations. Her litigation background includes representation in probate, commercial disputes, environmental law, and trademark litigation. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, demonstrating strong advocacy in depositions, settlement negotiations, and post-judgment collections. 

Angela’s extensive experience also includes serving as In-House Counsel and President of L & M Fabrication and Machine, Inc., where she oversaw corporate contracts, compliance, and employment matters. She has contributed to legal education through published articles and presentations on forensic science, title law, and business contracts.
