Charles L. Wilson is a seasoned attorney with more than four decades of experience advising corporations, government agencies, and executive leadership on complex transactions, contracts, and infrastructure projects across the United States and abroad. His extensive background spans federal procurement, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and public–private partnerships, making him a trusted advisor for clients navigating high-stakes business and regulatory environments.
Throughout his career, Charles has guided Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, and multinational organizations through strategic negotiations and major infrastructure developments. His leadership has influenced projects totaling billions of dollars in value, including the modernization of the Cleveland transportation system and landmark redevelopment initiatives such as Tower City, Jacobs Field, and the Waterfront Transit Line.
Charles has held senior legal and executive roles across both the public and private sectors, including service as Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Small Business Administration and Trial Attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration. He also served as Counsel to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) Conversion Panel, where he contributed to unifying the federal procurement framework used by more than fifty agencies nationwide. His international experience includes leading negotiations for aerospace, defense, and technology transactions with government and corporate entities in China, Egypt, Japan, and the Netherlands.
In addition to his legal expertise, Charles brings a unique perspective shaped by years of collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and defense industry leaders. - Over 40 years of experience advising corporations, government agencies, and multinational organizations on federal procurement, commercial contracting, and international transactions
