Turcotte’s expertise encompasses contract drafting, negotiations, vendor and technology agreements, and risk management. He has been instrumental in guiding global organizations through complex commercial transactions and compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and FINRA.

Before his current role, Turcotte served as Senior Legal Counsel at InContact, Inc. “NICE” in Sandy, UT, where he managed global risk and compliance programs related to SaaS licensing and technology development. His tenure at AccessData Group as Chief Legal Officer saw him lead the company’s transition to a market leader in Legal GRC through strategic mergers and acquisitions.
