She has successfully managed high-profile cases under the Texas Medicaid Fraud Prevention Act and the Federal False Claims Act, leading to numerous favorable settlements and appellate victories. She has extensive experience in managing complex discovery, negotiating multi-state legal matters, and representing clients in government investigations as well as professional licensure cases. Lara’s strategic litigation approach and deep understanding of the regulatory landscape have consistently allowed her to achieve positive outcomes while protecting her clients’ interests.
