Martin E. Karlinsky brings nearly four decades of experience in business, commercial, and civil litigation to Omnus Law. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his dedication to trial and appellate advocacy at the highest levels, his sharp attention to client needs, and his commitment to advancing the broader legal and civic community.
Martinโs practice spans a wide range of complex disputes, including business torts, contracts, securities and corporate law, trusts and estates, partnership and real estate conflicts, and constitutional litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, fiduciaries, nonprofit organizations, and prominent individuals in matters that often involve high stakes and sensitive issues. With more than 160 jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals to his name, Martin brings unmatched courtroom and advocacy experience to every client he serves.
His leadership has been equally impactful. As co-founder and managing partner of Camhy Karlinsky & Stein LLP, Martin grew the firm to more than 60 attorneys, establishing it as a respected name in commercial litigation. He later went on to lead Karlinsky LLC, building a boutique practice that reflected his vision for client-focused, strategic representation. Alongside his private practice, Martin has taught trial advocacy for over 30 years, mentoring both law students and practicing attorneys nationwide.
Martinโs contributions extend far beyond the courtroom. He has held leadership roles with the Anti-Defamation League, the American Friends of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the Friends of Auschwitz-Birkenau Foundation, among others. His service has been recognized through honors such as an honorary fellowship from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
