Peter J. Beardsley is an accomplished IP Counsel with a strong background in patent and trademark law. He served as In-house IP Counsel at Carlisle Fluid Technologies, where he managed the IP portfolio and prepared and prosecuted patents in various technologies. Peter has significantly reduced patent filing and maintenance costs while developing the company’s copyright and trademark licensing program. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate at Curatolo Sidoti Co., LPA, and Kurt Law Office, gaining extensive experience in various legal domains. Peter is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the USPTO, and he holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
