  • Head of Legal/Corporate Counsel at Investment.net: Established legal structure, ensured regulatory compliance, and conducted complex commercial contract negotiations.
  • Head of Legal at Goomo Holdings: Oversaw litigation, secured successful settlements, engineered robust legal frameworks, spearheaded product launches and M&A deals, ensured top-tier privacy compliance, and streamlined commercial agreements and corporate governance.
  • Strategic Legal Data Privacy Partner at Integreon Solutions: Advanced compliance efforts for US and UK clients, providing expert counsel on GDPR compliance.
