Rehan Hasan is an accomplished corporate attorney and visionary leader who serves as the Chair of the Corporate Law Practice at Omnus Law. With over two decades of experience advising companies on complex legal and strategic matters, Rehan brings unmatched expertise in corporate law, tax planning, business structuring, and entrepreneurial advisory services. His deep understanding of both the legal and business worlds uniquely positions him to help clients navigate the challenges of corporate growth, mergers, acquisitions, and international tax considerations.

Prior to joining Omnus Law, Rehan built a distinguished career as the founder of Hasan LLC, where he served as trusted counsel to executives, startups, and established businesses, providing legal frameworks that drove sustainable success. As a co-founder of Galvanize, a renowned technology and entrepreneurial ecosystem, and Kenzie Academy, a cutting-edge educational platform for technology careers, Rehan demonstrated his ability to fuse legal expertise with visionary leadership. He has also served as General Counsel and Partner for a private equity real estate firm, where he played a pivotal role in guiding strategic initiatives. His prior experience includes roles as an international tax attorney with Deloitte, a corporate law associate at Fairfield and Woods, PC, and extern for the Honorable Roger L. Hunt, United States District Judge for the District of Nevada.

Rehanโ€™s professional contributions extend beyond the courtroom and boardroom. He has served as a founding adviser for Unreasonable Capital, empowering entrepreneurs with innovative capital solutions, and has been a driving force in fostering legal inclusivity as a co-founder of the South Asian Bar Association of Colorado. He has also held leadership positions with prominent organizations such as the American Civil Liberties Union as Trustee, ACLU of Colorado, where he was Board Chair and President, the Denver Art Museum as a Trustee, and the current Vice Chair of the Bonfils Stanton Foundation.
