Sarah Atkinson

Sarah Atkinson is an experienced attorney with more than a decade of practice in litigation, business law, and regulatory matters. Since beginning her legal career in 2013, Sarah has represented clients in both state and federal courts, handling complex commercial disputes, shareholder agreements, corporate dissolutions, and regulatory compliance issues. She has also managed specialized discovery projects using advanced litigation software, leading attorney teams on large-scale document productions and preparing detailed agreements, contracts, and settlements.

Sarah’s career is marked by versatility and global perspective. She has worked on criminal and immigration matters, handled arbitration for high-profile clients, and managed cross-border cases involving Canadian customs and immigration. She also participated in an international law program at the University of Paris, collaborating with attorneys from more than 15 countries.
