Previously, as the Senior Partner and Managing Tax Attorney at S James Taylor and Associates PLLC, Sherman successfully navigated complex tax issues for small businesses and high-net-worth individuals, offering strategic advice on tax regulations and financial management. In this role, he was instrumental in developing trial strategies, drafting legal documents, and providing expert tax counsel on a broad spectrum of financial management issues.

In addition to his legal practice, Sherman served as the Senior Partner at SRT Consulting, LLC, where he provided tax compliance and advisory services, including financial statement audits and due diligence for multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions.
