Before joining Omnus Law, Xavier drafted and prosecuted patent application directed to electrical vehicle technologies for a Fortune 500 company and software inventions involving artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies for startups and midsize companies.  He also operated Hailey Law LLC, a boutique IP firm specializing in customized patent and trademark strategies for diverse sectors, from software to fashion.  There, he developed robust IP strategies tailored for clients that supported client’s goals and business objectives. His hands-on approach ensures comprehensive protection of client assets.
