Rachel has dedicated her career to advocating for Tribal sovereignty and self-determination. She has represented Tribal governments, Native-owned businesses, and individuals throughout Indian Country, delivering practical legal strategies that advance their goals while safeguarding their interests. Known for her problem-solving abilities, Rachel has successfully appeared before Tribal, state, and federal courts, administrative agencies, and legal forums, providing her clients with steadfast representation.

Raised in Dinétah, the homelands of the Navajo Nation, Rachel’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to empowering Indigenous nations and peoples. Her leadership roles, including serving as President of the New Mexico Indian Bar Association Board of Directors and as a former Commissioner with the Navajo Nation Bar Association, underscore her dedication to advancing justice and opportunity across Indian Country.
